Cremation Without Ceremony £1295

A Cremation Without Ceremony, sometimes known as a direct cremation, is for those who would prefer a simpler choice for their funeral. It’s different from a traditional funeral as there is no funeral service and no one present at the cremation.

It’s for those, who for lots of reasons, prefer not to have a funeral service. This option of a simple, straightforward cremation is now being chosen by a growing number of people.

A Cremation without Ceremony includes:

Organising a doctor to complete the necessary paperwork
Collecting your loved one from the hospital, along with their preparation and care until the day of the funeral
Transportation to the crematorium in the funeral vehicle
The safe return of ashes to the family upon request
Doctor’s Fee and Cremation Fee included
Payment Terms: Full Payment before funeral

Traditional Funeral Service From £2630

The Traditional Funeral has more to offer. You can choose to take this option in its entirety or you add and remove elements from this option, this funeral service is often referred to as a tailored funeral ceremony and the price will be adjusted accordingly. During the traditional funeral service you’ll be able to put forward the funeral arrangement and memorial service, you can chose between a simple cremation, a casket for a burial or a natural burial.

These are the things that we’ll do for you as part of our Traditional bespoke Funeral:

We’ll remove your loved one from their place of death into our care
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, we’ll remove your loved one into our care, out of hours, at no extra cost
We’ll prepare, care for and dress your loved one, including embalming, if chosen
A Veneered Oak effect coffin high gloss finish
Your loved one will rest in our private restroom in our funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one by appointment at a time that’s convenient for you
We’ll complete all the necessary paperwork and make all the arrangements for the Funeral service, including liaising with third parties such as the crematorium, minister or celebrant
We’ll transport your loved one from the funeral home with your choice of route, and the ability to travel “in cortege” from home to the crematorium or cemetery
Payment Terms: A disbursement payment for all third party fees before funeral. The Balance to be paid within 14 days.

Floral arrangements are a beautiful way of honouring your loved one, from traditional bouquets and sprays to wreaths or floral sculptures there are endless options to the flower decorations you can include for your loved ones memorial, these can be placed graveside or decorating the funeral car, chapel, burial site. We here at Chris Davies work with local Florists, to ensure your loved one receives the ideal botanical display as per your requests.

Our local florists provide a wide range of flowers to choose from, all locally sourced and carefully arranged for you.

Our florists, Flowers By Joy can be found at 29 Victoria Square, Aberdare for those of you who would like to visit the shop and handpick your arrangements.
